Ingredients
- 45g rolled oats
- 30g vegan protein powder
- 2 tsp chia seeds
- 240ml soya milk
- ⅞ tbsp maple syrup
Method
Mix the oats, protein powder and chia seeds in a jar with a lid.
Add the soya milk and maple syrup, then stir well so no powder clumps at the bottom.
Cover and refrigerate overnight, or for 4 hours or more, so the oats swell and thicken.
Give it a stir and eat it straight from the fridge.
