    Ingredients

    • 170g frozen mango
    • 30g spinach
    • 1 banana, halved
    • 120ml soya milk
    • 60g soya yoghurt
    • 55g mango, diced
    • 50g strawberry, sliced
    • 10g coconut flakes

    Method

    1. Load the blender with the soya yoghurt, soya milk, spinach, frozen mango and half of the banana.

    2. Blend it until completely smooth. You want it thick, so add soya milk a splash at a time only if the blades stall.

    3. Spoon it into a bowl and smooth the top flat.

    4. Slice what is left of the banana. Scatter the slices over the bowl with the coconut flakes, strawberries and diced mango.
