Ingredients
- 250g low-fat Greek yoghurt
- 600ml semi-skimmed milk
- 4 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- 160g rolled oats
- 35g protein powder
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
Method
Beat the maple syrup, vanilla and cinnamon into the yoghurt, then gradually whisk in the milk so it stays smooth.
Fold through the chia seeds, protein powder and oats.
Chill, covered, for 6 hours or more. A stir halfway stops the chia setting in clumps.
Stir again, then spoon into jars, one for each portion, and seal.
